The Center for Environment, Human Rights and Development Forum (CEHRDF) recently hosted its exclusive Coordination Workshop, designed to elevate the excellence and synchronization of the organization's senior leadership.

Serving as the keynote speaker, CEHRDF Chief Executive Md. Ilias Miah delivered insightful sessions focusing on four core pillars: organization, leadership, management, and coordination.

The workshop centered on practical applications and discussions covering organizational alignment, leadership ethics, good governance, strategic planning, decision-making, communication skills, teamwork, transparency, and accountability. Participants actively shared their field experiences, addressed practical challenges, and collaborated on action plans to strengthen future strategies and structural frameworks. The discussions also highlighted innovative concepts for internal coordination and pathways to empower youth leadership.

CEHRDF firmly believes that skilled, disciplined, and accountable leadership is the foundation of any sustainable and impactful organization. Through continuous capacity-building workshops of this nature, the organization aims to drive more effective contributions toward climate justice, human rights, and environmental protection.
